Sanjeev Keskar is Chief Executive Officer of Arvind Consultancy. After his successful stint of 35 years in corporate world, out of which about 29 years in semiconductor industry, Mr. Keskar incorporated Arvind Consultancy, an advisory firm in the field of developing High Value Added Eco-System for Semiconductor and Electronics Industry in India.
Mr. Keskar is first President and Founding Member of CIMEI (Confederation of Indian MSME in ESDM and IT). Prior to this, Mr. Keskar was Managing Director India at Arrow Electronics for India, a leading Electronic component global distribution company from June 2015 to Oct 2020, where he contributed to more than 2X growth of revenue. Earlier he was Managing Director Sales at PMC-Sierra for five and half years. He was also elected Chairman of IESA (India Electronics and Semiconductor Association) for year 2013-14.
Prior to PMC Sierra, he was Country Manager, Sales, at Freescale Semiconductor from 2005 to 2009 where he led design win and revenue growth for the India Sales. Prior to that Mr. Keskar was the Country Manager, India, for AMD Far East Ltd. from 2001 to 2005. There he started the company’s India operations as the first Country Manager and established AMD India in four years with all major OEM and Channel engagements. Mr. Keskar has also worked at National Semiconductor as Country Manager (1996 – 2001), Max India Ltd. (Avnet India) as Regional Manager and Continental Device India Ltd.

Shri Jitendra Chaddah has over 20 years of industry experience with excellent international exposure and experience of working in both emerging and mature markets – USA, Latin America, Asia Pacific. At Intel, he has played multiple leadership roles ranging from Program Management of large and complex programs to running operations and setting strategic direction for large R&D sites at Intel. Currently Shri Jitendra Chaddah is the Senior Director, Operations and Strategy at Intel India and working on investments, forming strategic alliances internally and with the external eco-system – Govt., Academia, Media and Industry, to maximize value creation for Intel from India center.
In his leadership, IESA had incepted the SFAL – semiconductor fabless accelerator lab, the first-ofits-kind initiative in the semiconductor space which intends to create a strong infrastructural support structure to incubate early-stage startups and accelerate the existing fabless SMEs to the next level by providing access to funds, market and mentors. The focus of this accelerator is to incubate at least 20 early stage fabless start-ups in next 3 years, 50 in the next 5 years. Through the SFAL, IESA expects to generate more employment in the ESDM sector, encourage creation of more domestic IP and serve as a catalyst to accelerate the fabless startup ecosystem.
Shri Jitendra Chaddah is currently the Chairman of IESA and member of IESA Executive Council board. The vision of IESA is to make India a Global Hub for Intelligent Electronics (IE) through various initiatives such as Intelligent Electronics Silicon Valley Chapter (IESV) and 1k-10K-100K-1000K. The intent of this initiative is to create 1K start-ups; 10K IPs (Intellectual Property); 100K Crore Business opportunities and 1000K jobs, thereby bringing in great excitement among entrepreneurs in the IE space. This is an India-wide program. The Innovation created in India through this initiative would be taken to global market through IESV.

Shri Subodh Sachan, Director STPI Head Quarter and CEO of STPINEXT INITIATIVES, is heading pan-India startup initiatives of Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) including establishment of domain specific Centres of Excellence in emerging technologies like IoT, AI, BlockChain, AR/VR etc. An IIT Roorkee and IIM Bangalore alumnus, is a senior professional from the Industry who has joined STPI as Director after working in the Industry at Global level in various capacities. He has worked in diversified areas of the technology industry, a major portion of which is into telecom & related fields. In particular, he has been part of start-ups in leadership role, right from inception to successful listing of the company (IPO). On the other side of the industry spectrum, he has also been part of senior management in MNCs and global telecom behemoths like Motorola and Nokia. He has successfully headed the Bangalore chapter of IIM Ahmedabad’s Centre for Innovation Incubation and Entrepreneurship (CIIE).
